Cómo funciona
Set your base dice pool (skill + attribute) and stress dice, then roll. Sixes are successes. Stress dice sixes also count, but ones on stress dice trigger a panic roll. You can Push your roll to re-roll failures, but it adds stress.
Consejos profesionales
Manage your stress carefully. More stress dice give you more chances for successes, but also more chances for panic. Save your Push for critical moments, and try to reduce stress during downtime.

How do Stress dice work in Alien RPG?
Stress dice are extra d6s added to your pool from your current Stress level. A 6 on a stress die counts as a success, but a 1 triggers a mandatory panic roll (d6 + current stress). More stress means more dice but higher panic risk.
What is the Push mechanic?
After rolling, you can Push to re-roll all dice that didn't show a 6. However, pushing adds 1 Stress die to your pool. You can only push once per roll.
How does panic work?
When a stress die shows 1, roll a d6 and add your current stress level. Results range from nervous tremors (low) to heart attacks (high). Panic can cascade to other crew members.
