Stamina (Werewolf: The Apocalypse 5th Edition)
Definition
Stamina represents a Garou's endurance and physical resilience. Werewolves are already supernaturally tough, able to regenerate most wounds in seconds, but Stamina determines just how much punishment they can absorb before going down. It governs the Health track and resistance to toxins, disease, and environmental hazards. In the war against the Wyrm, Garou face horrors that would destroy ordinary beings. Balefire, toxic waste from Pentex facilities, and the spiritual corruption of Wyrm-tainted areas all test a werewolf's Stamina. Pack survival often depends on every member being tough enough to endure prolonged engagements. A Garou with high Stamina can hold a defensive position, shrug off wounds that would cripple others, and keep fighting long after lesser beings would fall.

Frequently asked questions
How does Stamina interact with Garou regeneration?
Stamina determines your total Health track, while regeneration heals non-aggravated damage automatically. Higher Stamina means more Health boxes, giving regeneration more room to work before you're incapacitated.
Does Stamina help against silver?
Silver deals aggravated damage that cannot be regenerated normally. Stamina still provides the Health levels to absorb silver damage, making it your primary defense against this Garou weakness.
