Overview
The Children of the Dracon loresheet connects your character to the Tzimisce elder who helped build a vampire theocracy in Constantinople, where Kindred of rival clans lived as a family of faith rather than a hierarchy of fear. The Dracon's followers kept monasteries, copied texts, and treated the reshaping of flesh as devotion instead of cruelty. That tradition survived the fall of the city in scattered cells. Characters with this loresheet inherit its libraries and its discipline, and stand apart from the Tzimisce who reduce the clan's arts to torture.
How it works
Benefits: Access to Obertus libraries and monastic cells, mystic lore, contacts among scholarly Tzimisce Dot Levels: Higher levels mean standing in the tradition and access to its more closely held teachings Discipline: The tradition expects study and restraint, which puts you at odds with much of your clan
Tips and playstyle
Best For: Tzimisce characters, scholars and monks, coteries built around a shared faith rather than a shared enemy Story Hooks: A text from Constantinople surfaces and several factions want it destroyed rather than read
Frequently asked questions
Is this a Tzimisce-only loresheet?
The tradition took in Kindred of several clans, so other clans are defensible. Clear it with your Storyteller first.
Does it grant Vicissitude?
No. It grants context, teachers, and texts. The Discipline itself is bought normally.
