Features
System-accurate dice rolling with all the mechanics you need for Draw Steel.
- 2d10 Power Roll
- Tier 1/2/3 results
- Edge & Bane modifiers
- Characteristic bonuses
How It Works
Roll 2d10 and add your characteristic modifier. Results fall into three tiers: Tier 1 (11 or less, partial or weak effect), Tier 2 (12-16, solid success), Tier 3 (17+, exceptional success). A single edge adds +2 to the total, a single bane subtracts 2, and a double edge or bane shifts your result a full tier instead.
Pro tips
Positioning matters in Draw Steel. Look for ways to gain Edge through flanking or terrain advantages. Tier 3 results often trigger powerful secondary effects.
FAQ
How do Power Roll tiers work?
Every roll falls into a tier: Tier 1 (11 or less) is a weak result or partial success, Tier 2 (12-16) is a solid success, and Tier 3 (17+) is an exceptional success with extra benefits. Abilities describe what happens at each tier.
What are Edge and Bane?
A single edge adds +2 to your Power Roll total, and a single bane subtracts 2. Edges and banes cancel each other 1-for-1 first. A double edge (net two edges) raises your result one tier instead of adding more, and a double bane lowers it one tier.
