Most rulebooks tell you how the game works. They don't tell you what to do when you've lost track of what your last three XP spends bought, or when the GM asks for your sheet and all you have is a three-week-old screenshot. These pages start from that second kind of question.
Each problem below is a workflow: a short, ordered set of steps that solves it, the specific RPG Stack tool that does the step for you, and the mistakes that usually cause the problem in the first place. Pick your system from a problem's list of tags to get the version written for that game's actual mechanics, not a generic template.
