Assign Edges: choose 2 Edges and 1 Perk, or 1 Edge and 2 Perks

Choose Backgrounds (7 dots), Merits, and Flaws

Pick Touchstones and determine Desperation trigger

Calculate derived traits: Health, Willpower, Desperation
