Werewolf: The Apocalypse 5th Edition uses the standard WoD 5e sheet: nine attributes in a Physical / Social / Mental grid, 27 skills, and werewolf-specific fields for Auspice, Tribe, and the five forms. Rage is the signature resource that fuels your shapeshifting and regeneration.

How to fill: Choose a name that fits their human identity.

A short phrase capturing your character's essence.
How to fill: Combine their role and a defining trait.
Example: Fierce environmental activist
- auspice
Your moon-sign: determines your role in the pack and your Auspice gifts.
How to fill: Pick one: Ahroun (Full Moon, warrior), Galliard (Gibbous, bard), Philodox (Half Moon, judge), Ragabash (New Moon, trickster), or Theurge (Crescent, seer).

Your werewolf lineage: cultural identity and Tribe-specific gifts.
How to fill: Choose a Tribe (e.g., Black Furies, Bone Gnawers, Glass Walkers, Shadow Lords, Silent Striders, Silver Fangs, etc.).

- deedName
The name earned through deeds, used among Garou.
How to fill: Optionally choose one or leave blank until earned in play.

Born as a human (Homid), wolf (Lupus), or to two werewolf parents (Metis).
How to fill: Pick one. Homid is most common for player characters.
Example: Homid

Your pack's name: the small group of Garou you run with.
How to fill: Coordinate with your group to name the pack.

The larger werewolf community your pack belongs to.
How to fill: Set by the Storyteller or decided during session zero.

Attributes
- strength
Raw physical power. Key for Ahroun and melee combat in Crinos form.
How to fill: Rate 1-5 dots. Physical attributes (Strength, Dexterity, Stamina) share a priority budget.
Example: 4 (supernaturally strong)

Agility, reflexes, and coordination.
How to fill: Rate 1-5 dots within your Physical budget.

Endurance and toughness. Contributes to Health.

Presence, charm, and ability to lead or inspire.
How to fill: Rate 1-5 dots. Social attributes (Charisma, Manipulation, Composure) share a budget.
