Overview
The Osiris is a charismatic predator who leads a cult or movement, feeding from devoted followers who willingly offer their blood. Osiris predators are often cult leaders, influencers, or vampires who inspire fanatical devotion. This predator type is perfect for characters who want to play charismatic leaders with devoted followers. Osiris gain bonuses to Presence and Performance, making them excellent at inspiring devotion. Frequently asked questions
How do I maintain a cult as an Osiris?
Use Presence to inspire devotion, provide something followers value (community, purpose, etc.), and feed carefully to maintain the illusion. Status (Subculture) merit helps significantly.
What makes Osiris different from Farmer?
Osiris leads a cult with ideological devotion, while Farmer maintains a practical herd. Osiris is more charismatic and inspiring, Farmer is more practical and controlled.
Can Osiris work with any clan?
Yes, but it works especially well with clans that value charisma like Toreador or leadership like Ventrue. It's less optimal for clans that value independence like Gangrel.
How do I handle over-devoted followers?
Use Presence to moderate devotion, remove problematic followers, or integrate them more fully into your control. Some Osiris use their cult as a buffer against discovery.
