True Blood is a Level 3 Thin-Blood Alchemy formula that produces a manufactured substitute for vitae. It is not stolen from anyone: the alchemist builds it, and it feeds a thin-blood well enough to get through the night. The implications are larger than one meal. A duskborn who can brew their own sustenance owes no prince a feeding ground, no Bagger a fee, and no mortal a wound. That independence is precisely what makes the formula dangerous to possess, because Kindred society is organized around control of the blood supply and this quietly steps outside it.
