Phlegmatic resonance comes from vessels who are calm, controlled, sentimental, or too apathetic to care. It is the blood of the meditator and the bored night-shift security guard alike, and both taste the same to a Kindred palate: still, cool, and unhurried. It feeds Auspex and Dominate, the two Disciplines that need a steady mind, so it is the court vampire's preferred meal. A Ventrue heading to an Elysium argument or a Tremere planning a night of scrying will hunt somewhere placid first, because the resonance buys clarity where the choleric hunter buys speed.

Intense phlegmatic grants a bonus die on rolls using the linked Disciplines for the rest of the night Finding It: Meditation groups, yoga studios, night security posts, long-married couples at home, anyone medicated into steadiness Dyscrasias: Acute phlegmatic vessels are uncommon and can produce a temporary dyscrasia at Storyteller discretion
